Examples of product conveying solutions
Project #1 – Transfer of sachets and boxes to queuing area
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client, from the bakery and pastry sector, needed to install product conveyor systems to transfer biscuit bags from bagging machines and cardboard boxes from cartoning machines to an MG Tech queuing area. Realignors were integrated into the conveyor belts to redirect the products onto the correct conveyor lines and then to the wrap case packer.

Project #2 – Transfer and orientation of trays
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved transferring sealed trays of various types (cardboard, wood, aluminum, glass) to the packaging lines, particularly to case packers, and orienting them in the correct transfer direction according to the conveyor lines. In order to reduce the footprint, MG Tech proposed, in part, overhead conveyors and a spiral product descent system.

Project #3 – Conveying and accumulation of plastic bottles
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A manufacturer in the dairy products sector called us for a project to modify its accumulation table and the associated upstream and downstream conveyors in order to obtain a storage capacity of 300 plastic milk bottles at a height, at the end of the conveyor, of 900 mm.
