Mael – Quality Engineer
"Following my work-study training (general engineering degree specializing in industrial engineering at ECAM Rennes), I took the opportunity to continue the MG Tech adventure by integrating the industrialization department as a "Quality Engineer". The variety of missions and the group scope allowed me to project myself and accept this permanent contract. The general atmosphere of the company and the good relations maintained during the 3 years of my training only reinforced my choice."
Amandine – Marketing/Communication officer
"My main mission as a marketing and communication officer is to promote the equipment and the know-how of MG Tech in different supports (internet, social media, brochures, videos, exhibitions...). What I really appreciate in my job at MG Tech is the doversity of the missions. I have the chance to work within a group which constantly innovates and is always looking for 4.0 solutions to allow their customers to be more efficient."
Thierry – MG Tech La Chapelle's Director
"I joined MG Tech as a Mechanical Engineer at the Mechanical Design Office several years ago. At that time, the company was composed only of Eric GAUTIER, Emmanuel MICHAUD and a sales assistant. My job was to design the conveyors, assemble the elements in the workshop and install the equipment at the customers. Then, I was promoted to the position of Mechanical Design Office Manager with the management of 2 people. A few years later, in addition to this department, I accepted responsibilities for the workshop. Recently, I am now Technical Director of the Chapelle Achard site."
