The implementation of LED bars
MG Tech offers the installation of LED bars on all or part of its equipment. This solution makes it possible to know the operating status of the different areas of the machine thanks to LEDs of different colors. Thus, a fault on the machine will be located three times faster by the operator, will considerably reduce maintenance times and consequently improve productivity.
Ultra-customizable and easy to install, LED bars are now an essential optical aid for equipment supervision.
Installation of IP camera
For faster and more reliable diagnosis of its machines, MG Tech recommends the installation of IP cameras. Placed inside its machines, these cameras make it possible to monitor the operation of its equipment at strategic locations (format changeovers, gluing station, product gripping, etc.).
Thanks to a wide range of IP cameras on the market, they can be adapted to all installations and all industrial environments.
The advantages of such a solution are multiple:
- Help operators see what's going on inside machines safely
- Provides a record of events that have occurred
- Allows you to diagnose problems remotely
- Very useful in the event of a recurring equipment failure.
Connecting equipment to the Need & Use Service
In order to improve the efficiency of its equipment, MG Tech is accelerating the digitization of its offer. The implementation of the Need and Use service is an example. This collaborative platform integrates users, manufacturer and customer service. This service analyzes the actual data of the machine and produces interactive synoptics. Navigable graphs make it possible to understand in detail the behavior of the variables and validate the causes.
This “Need & Use” concept is based on:
- The study of the need and the estimation of the time of use
- Adaptation of invoicing according to consumption and use of the machine
- Communication of connected machines: they can request maintenance operations or guide operators to more appropriate operations.
